Executive summary:

MIRROR is a research and development „integrated project? co-funded by the European Commission under the Seventh Framework. It commenced on July 2010 and will run for 48 months. This Quality Manual describes the generic Quality Management Method and Techniques underpinning the delivery of the MIRROR project.

 Definitions of the specific activities required to Quality Assure the deliverables of the project will be set out in the Project Quality Plan (PQP). The first version of the PQP will be available on M6 of the project. The PQP will be regularly updated. In addition guidelines will be issued setting out the recommended verification & validation techniques. These guidelines will be stored on the document server and available for all project members. The EC will conduct a yearly review to verify whether the project objectives have been fulfilled and whether the deliverables accord with the required quality level. The PQP will be updated (if needed) with the actions resulting from this review.
