WP8 focuses on organisational learning by applying the concept of individual learning by reflection and observation at the workplace - as addressed in WP4 - to the organisational level. In the same way an individual person can learn by observing and assessing its own behaviour or someone else’s behaviour respectively, an organisation can learn by monitoring and analysing organisational (learning) processes. Therefore, the goal of WP8 is to enable organisations to leverage their employees learning capacities in accordance to organisational contexts and objectives, and by enabling individual employees to learn from the organisational experience.

- Development of the issue articulation app
- Appropriate visualization of data for reflection processes of organisational deciders
- Integrating the organisational perspective in the MIRROR Computer Supported Reflective Learning (CSRL) Model
