In WP8 we currently work on three major tasks:

• Development of the issue articulation app
• Appropriate visualization of data for reflection processes of organisational deciders
• Integrating the organisational perspective in the MIRROR Computer Supported Reflective Learning (CSRL) Model

The issue articulation app will enable us to gather process related data (e.g. improvement potentials) from the actual process participants in the first place. This information is then aggregated and visualized to provide an experience base for a decider and enable reflection on behalf of the organisation in this way. The first prototype will be used and evaluated in testing scenarios in different MIRROR testbeds. The insights gained by the practical testing will then improve theoretical insights as well as the further work on applications in WP8.

Aiming for the creation of an organisational profile, it is necessary to evaluate conceptually and technically how captured data can be aggregated and visualized in an appropriate manner. In this context, it is important to find out, which data is relevant for reflection processes of organisational deciders, (in) how (far) this data can be captured and how this data can be visualized. 

WP8 further participates and contributes in the theoretical model discussion and provides an understanding of the organisational perspective. Especially with regard to the MIRROR Computer Supported Reflective Learning (CSRL) Model, we support the discussion and integration of the different perspectives in this model.
