WP12 performs the overall coordination of the project to ensure that all project activities are fully integrated and perform efficiently. It takes care that the project completes successfully as scheduled, within budget, and meets stakeholders’ expectations. It provides the technical and scientific guidance to the project and coordinates the research efforts of the consortium. Project Management serves as a focus point for interaction between the European Commission and the MIRROR consortium for all relevant matters.
