WP1 aims at providing a scientifically and methodologically common ground of the project partners. It ensures that the Apps which are developed in WP3-WP8 fit to the users’ and organizations’ needs and are able to stimulate reflection at the individual, the collective and the organizational level.

In WP1 we work to develop the MIRROR CSRL model, which will be

• a conceptual model of  reflective learning in the workplace
• a tool for analysis and design of CSRL solutions
